Solution: 1. The printer is out of ink and cannot work. The ink cartridge and toner need to be replaced. 2. Open the front cover, take out the toner cartridge, and replace the toner. Don’t close the cover in a hurry after replacing the toner. 3. Perform the clearing operation. We can see that there is a "Clear/Return" button on the printer. Press this button first. 4. After pressing the "Clear/Return" button, the option in the picture below will appear on the printer display. Ignore it, but press the "Start" button quickly. 5. After pressing the "Start" key, press "1" on the numeric keyboard twice. Remember to press it twice. 6. After pressing, the screen will appear as shown in the picture below, please ignore it. But at this time, you can close the front cover and then you can print.
